Update: It has been just over a year in my new Senergy home. There was only one item I needed to report in my one year warranty letter and it was primarily cosmetic: additional gutter downspout was added in two different colors. The customer service is still top notch and extremely helpful as I learn the details of my forever home. It is obvious they care about not just building a quality house but a home. Thank you Senergy for providing a safe and pleasant home for my family.

Just moved into my new Senergy home and I could not be happier with the process and product. This is my 2nd experience building a home in the valley and it was by far a superior experience. From the initial meeting, to selecting my changes and upgrades to the final walk through, each step was pleasant and professional. The email communication during the process was effective and helpfull, very little issues of any kind. The home itself is well constructed and beautifully done. This is per the advice of my home inspector and friends/family with much more knowledge of construction and building code than myself. I feel I made a vey wise investment in the future of my family. All of this backed by a one year home warranty I am confidant they will stand by based on my previous and current experence with the Senergy team.
